1. OUR SERVICES

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and designs on our products (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks"). User-generated designs
If in the future we allow user-submitted designs for custom products, by submitting designs, you grant us a license to use the design for production. You represent that any design you submit does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms; (4) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (5) you will not access the Services through automated means; (6) you will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes; and (7) your use of the Services will comply with applicable laws.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may need to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account. We may remove, reclaim, or change a username if deemed inappropriate.

5. PRODUCTS

We strive to display product colors, features, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in display devices and print processes, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though times may vary based on product and location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, print provider processing, and postal service delays. We currently ship within Australia and may expand shipping locations in the future.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and contact information. Sales tax will be added where applicable, and all charges are in Australian Dollars. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

8. RETURN POLICY

Since our products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted except for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective item, contact us at help.koalishshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will assess returns on a case-by-case basis.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized data collection, automated access, or actions that may harm or disrupt the Services or other users.

10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Currently, we do not allow users to submit content. If this changes, any contributions must comply with our policies and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

By submitting feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Our Privacy Policy is available at http://koalishop.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to data processing in Australia. Customer data may be shared with third-party vendors like Printify for order fulfillment.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any dispute, we agree to first try informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration. The seat of arbitration is Brisbane, Australia, and proceedings will be in English.

19. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the Services without prior notice.
